Information submitted through forms on this website may be processed and stored through Squarespace and may also be delivered to Asset By Design by email.

We use Calendly to allow visitors to schedule meetings. When you schedule a meeting, Calendly may collect information such as your name, email address, selected appointment time, device information, and other information you choose to provide.

Meetings, Recording, and Transcription
Asset By Design may conduct virtual meetings through Google Meet or another video-conferencing platform. Certain meetings may be recorded or transcribed using Fathom or another meeting-assistance service for purposes such as creating transcripts, notes, summaries, documenting client discussions, and developing agreed-upon business materials.
When recording or transcription is used, participants will be informed. If you do not wish for a meeting to be recorded or transcribed, you may opt out and Asset By Design will disable recording or transcription for that meeting.
Meeting transcripts, summaries, and related notes may be used for purposes such as understanding a prospective client’s needs, documenting client discussions, developing agreed-upon business materials, and maintaining accurate project records.
